Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada committee on Rules Volodymyr Makeyenko is convinced that talks on unblocking work of the Parliament have not reached a deadlock, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to him, negotiations could reach a deadlock just after the 30-day period of non-working Parliament.

He recalled that in this case the President has the right to dissolve the Parliament.

Makeyenko also noted that for Ukraine it is very important to unblock the work of Parliament before the EU-Ukraine summit.
