Energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky considers incomprehensible the situation with the Gazprom’s 7 billion dollars bill to the Naftogaz of Ukraine for insufficient volume of gas bought in 2012.
"We do not understand the situation with this bill. Ukraine has not recognized it and answered accordingly. We are in talks. Therefore it is still early to voice some opinions, especially about the consortium," Stavytsky told a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
