Opposition will unblock work of the Parliament after the bill on amendments to the law on the Rules of the Parliament is passed, signed by the President and published in the official media, leaders of the opposition factions - Arseniy Yatseniuk, Oleh Tyahnybok and Vitali Klitschko told a joint press briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

Speaking of the negotiation process, leader of the Batkivshchyna faction Yatseniuk noted that at the demand of the opposition, the Parliament can start to work only in case of a personal vote by raising hands. He added that apart from the issue, the introduction of sanctions, against those who vote instead of their colleagues, was discussed.

Yatseniuk added that the Rules will include the norm, providing for resumption of normal operation of the Rada voting system, "which makes impossible to vote for someone else".

Leader of the Svoboda faction Oleh Tyahnybok said that some concrete and abstract rules of future changes to the law on the Parliament’s Rules have been discussed during today's round. He said that negotiations will continue at 6.00 p.m.

Leader of the UDAR faction Vitali Klitschko shared the position of his colleagues, and added that small compromises are possible on some key points.
