Verkhovna Rada speaker Volodymyr Rybak rules out activation of the Rada-3 voting system, providing for the use of the touch buttons.
"I have quite a seditious conclusion in mind: the system providing for touch button was ran to falsify the vote in Parliament. That’s why the officials, who did this system five years ago, for some reason did not activate it, and now insist that I legalize fraud," he said in interview after testing the voting system.
Leader of the Parliament said that he will decide on the introduction of such a system under no circumstances.
At the same time, Rybak expressed the hope that the Parliamentary will start to work the next week, and such shameful phenomenon as fights and vote for each other will remain in the past.
