Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov stated that a personal voting system in the Parliament can be provided only with Rada-5 system, which may be put into operation this summer, he told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We have to give a right to the head of Parliament to establish a working group, which can fulfill Rada-5 voting system in the future, because Rada-3 and Radha-4 systems are out of date," he said.

Yefremov also suggested that at this stage the heads of factions should be responsible for personal vote of each deputy.

The faction leader reminded that before each voting the speaker has to make a statement on deputies missing officially the session.

In addition, the MP offered not to pay salaries to MPs, who do not vote.

The leader of the Party of Regions noted that in the future it is necessary to develop a legislation that allows depriving deputies, who do not take part in the work of Parliament, of mandates.
