The Constitutional Court should decide when a 30-day countdown of Parliament's inactivity starts, Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

He reminded that according to the law, if the Parliament cannot start its work within 30 days, then the President will have a constitutional right to dissolve it.

According to him, the lawyers have different interpretations of the rule. "Some of them say that if the session does not open, a 30-day period can not start, others think that the countdown has begun since February 5," Yefremov stressed.
