61 MPs from the Party of Regions signed the appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine due to the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine on mandate deprivation of deputies Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovskyi, Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"61 representatives of our faction signed this appeal. If I'm not mistaken, there are three questions that we ask to answer, including the legality of decision on deprivation of parliamentary powers," the MP noted.
At the same time, he did not predict when the Constitutional Court would make a decision on this issue.
