Prime Minister Mykola Azarov instructed to increase a state order for training of IT specialists at Ukrainian universities, he said during the Cabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, ForUm correspondent reports.

“I have currently set a task to increase a state order for training of IT specialists at our higher educational establishments. With preservation of existing growth rates, we will need 100 thousand qualified specialists at the minimum for new working places by 2015,” he said and added:" I draw special attention of minister Dmytro Tabachnyk to this issue."

At the same time, the Prime Minister instructed first deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov to control the passage of bill on amendments to tax code regarding taxation of specialists of software products industry through Parliament.

The government expects that IT companies will refuse from using “grey” schemes of activities and this will enable them to create new legal working places. The Cabinet expects growth in the number of legal working places by 35-40% next year and growth rates in the sector - by 40-45%.
