Ukraine will be able to start the preparation of a memorandum on cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in late March, Ukraine’s economic development and trade minister Ihor Prasolov said during the meeting with representatives of IT companies, ForUm correspondent reports.
“After a while, another technical mission [of the IMF] will come to Ukraine to work on some aspects that we have decided to continue to discuss, and then another mission may come in the second half of March, and we will work on a relevant memorandum and prepare it for signing,” he said.
The minister said certain progress has been made as a result of the work of the IMF mission, including in terms of macroeconomic indicators.
