Three citizens of Ukraine released from captivity will return home from Tajikistan soon, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Yevhen Perebyinis told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Our compatriots were released from captivity, but they continue to stay on the territory of Tajikistan until the completion of investigation. Law enforcement agencies are planning to receive evidence of our fellow citizens," he noted.
Perebyinis informed that the Tajik Interior Ministry provides Ukrainians with food and housing at its own expense. "We expect the investigations to be completed in the coming days, and our citizens will be able to return home," the speaker of the Foreign Ministry concluded.
