"Ukraine is deeply concerned that North Korea tested once again a nuclear device on February 12, despite the UN Security Council resolutions. Ukraine, as OSCE chair and the state that voluntarily gave up its nuclear arsenal and strictly adheres to the principles of nuclear non-proliferation, condemns this step of North Korea," he said.
