The relevant decision was voiced by the presiding judge Kostyantyn Sadovski.
"The court considers impossible to hear the case in the absence of the accused Tymoshenko," Sadovski said.
During the trial, Tymoshenko’s lawyer, Verkhovna Rada MP Serhiy Vlasenko again petitioned to close the case due to the absence of crime in actions of Yulia Tymoshenko.
