Police should arrive at the scene in ten minutes after it was called, deputy interior minister Viktor Ratushniak told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Our department documents stipulate that the operational group of district department should arrive at the scene in ten minutes, and each group has to report when it arrives at the crime scene," the minister said.

According to him, it is determined by the Criminal Procedure Code, which came into force last year.
