
Murder of Kharkiv judge Trofimov remains unsolved, deputy interior minister Viktor Ratushniak told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Unfortunately, to date, the crime remains unsolved. As you know, four versions were put forward. Now there are two main ones: taking away property of the victim, as he was a collector of ancient coins, and the murder in connection with his work," Ratushniak said.
According to him, the police have done a great job in this case.
"The investigative operational group, consisting of 40 officers, was established. The group is controlled over by five procedural leaders - prosecutors. 300 volumes of materials have been already collected, 18 thousand persons have been questioned 550 examinations have been appointed," the deputy minister said.
