Criminal proceedings against Yaroslav Mazurok are still not closed, deputy head of the Interior Ministry investigation department Oleksandr Honcharov told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Currently, the criminal proceedings are not closed. We check Mazurok’s involvement in other crimes, checking for accomplices in the crime committed," he said.
Honcharov confirmed that the body discovered, really belonged to Yaroslav Mazurok. "I want to say that the investigation has gathered enough material and evidence, claiming that the offense in the Karavan shopping mall was committed by Mazurok, and the found corpse actually belonged to him. We have no doubt," he stressed.
