
Kyiv Perinatal Center is the first medical state-run institution to receive the international ISO 9001 certificate. The certificate was officially handed the chief doctor of the perinatal center Viktoria Bila by executive director of the Bureau Veritas in Ukraine Ivan Sokolov, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This certification demonstrates that all the requirements of ISO 9001 are met by the perinatal center. It is issued for three years. During these three years, the institution will be monitored by the Bureau Veritas Certification, and meeting the requirements will be confirmed annually. The achieved level must be maintained constantly," Sokolov said.
Kyiv Perinatal Center works since February 12 2012 under the Kyiv city hospital № 7.
