European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Füle states that the Ukrainian government should fulfill the necessary conditions to sign the Association Agreement in November 2013.
"Leaving Kyiv: it’s key for authorities to deliver on conditions for signing the Association Agreement, only then it can unleash its transformative power," European Commissioner posted on Twitter.
