The Kyiv Court of Appeal quashed a decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv region on institution of proceedings in the bankruptcy case of PJSC Aerosvit. Thus, an appeal of the Boryspil Regional State Tax Inspection on prevention of groundless liquidation of the taxpayer was partially satisfied, Ukrinform reports.
“The Revenues and Duties Ministry specialists assure that they act exclusively within the frames of existing legislation and all measures are aimed primarily at protection of economic interests of the state. Further, possible availability of creditor claims from the state to the company will be cleared out to provide for timely and complete payment of taxes to state and local budgets,” a statement reads.
