Kyiv town planning cadastre prepared

The city authorities are finalizing the Kyiv town planning cadastre for 2013-15, first deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Mazurchak told a joint session with the Regional Development Ministry, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to the official, the program of the cadastre introduction consists of two stages. The first stage will be implemented in 2013-2014 and lies in the development of technical basis, the inventory data for inclusion in the cadastre, development an information model of the cadastre. The second stage will be implemented in 2015 and provides for introduction of the town planning data bank, resources of the town planning cadastre, providing governments and local governments with town planning information. "77.43 million UAH will be allocated from the city budget to fund the program," Mazurchak said.

First deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration added that the creation of the cadastre will form a single actualized electronic map of Kyiv, a unified system of electronic document management system of city monitoring, a common information space of the city. The Town Planning Cadastre Service will be set up as well. Its main functions will be information support of town planning development, the provision of documents to confirm the condition and quality of facilities for real estate development, monitoring of town planning process and protection of the cadastre information from natural, technological and criminal threats.
