From February 15, 2013, medicines that are made not in the required manufacturing practice will be not available in Ukraine, first deputy head of the State Service of Ukraine on Drugs Inna Demchenko told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.

"All of these drugs are generic products, so everyone has a few copies (from 3 to 96)," she explained.

According to her, since the implementation of procedures for inspection about 70 drug companies have not received a positive conclusion, and accordingly they will be not available on the market of Ukraine.

"1100 trade names of drugs will be not available on the Ukrainian market. This is a wide spectrum, but these drugs have analogs, so there will be no deficit," she assured.
