Ukraine has no reasons to pay the bill of seven billion USD that was exposed to Gazprom for the shortage of gas in 2012, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told journalists.
According to him, Ukraine has already responded Russia that does not recognize this debt.
"We have given an official response that we see no reasons to pay seven billion USD of bill. We comply with all terms of the agreement," he said.
