Representatives of mass media have not been let enter the Kyiv city council.
As ForUm correspondent reports, representatives of the Freedom faction and activists of two public organizations have blocked the entrances to the city council.
They have blocked the central and back doors of the building.
According to the activists, they try not to let the deputies in and prevent the opening of the city council meeting.
