Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych proposes establishment of a permanent Ukrainian-Lithuanian business forum, he said during at a meeting with the business community of Lithuania in Vilnius, UKRINFORM news agency reports
"I suggest creating in the near future of a permanent Ukrainian-Lithuanian business forum that will implement important projects and hold exhibitions," Viktor Yanukovych said.
The President noted that Ukraine is interested in attracting Lithuanian investments, for which he promised creating a favorable business climate. In addition, he said that Lithuania can be a good partner in the promotion of Ukrainian goods to the Baltic market.
"We are interested in our business to have a road not only to the Lithuanian market, but also through Lithuania to other countries," Yanukovych noted.
The President stressed that the interest of foreign investors in Ukraine is constantly growing, as well as the level of investment in the country.
