The leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov hopes that the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation will start on Thursday, February 7.
"The rostrum is blocked and it makes no sense to waste time. MPs have been instructed to work in the committees and engage in legislative work today. By the decision of coordination board, they will continue such work tomorrow. We’ll see tomorrow what the opposition will be engaged in," he told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
The official also noted that the majority did not think over the possibility of re-blocking the rostrum.
Yefremov also considers the parliamentary committees can work, despite the fact that the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation has not been opened.
