The heads of all parliamentary factions have gathered to hold consultations in the office of speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak, ForUm correspondent reports.
At the meeting, they are trying to find a compromise decision on unblocking of work of Parliament.
Meanwhile, blocking of the rostrum and presidium of the Parliament continues. Apparently, the opposition is going to block it for a long time, since two packages of mineral water were passed to the oppositionists. There are no incidents or fights in the session hall.
As a reminder, today the second session of the Parliament of the seventh convocation is to be opened. However, representatives of the three opposition groups warned yesterday that the Parliament will not start work unless the law on personal voting is passed.
