Defense minister of Ukraine Pavlo Lebedev applied for withdrawing powers of MP, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said during coordination board, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Lebedev has filed the application," he said.
The speaker said he had sent the document to the relevant committee.
