The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak was ready to sign the order to hold Parliament’s extraordinary session at the request of three oppositionist factions, but he did not get the original signatures of MPs, he said during a coordination board, ForUm correspondent reports.

Volodymyr Rybak recalled that several signatures in the list he received caused a certain doubt. Seven of them did not respond to the original. Ten signatures belonged to people, who were abroad on the day of signing, as confirmed by the State Border Service.

According to him, in the end only 141 signatures were genuine.

After that, the initiators of the extraordinary session tried to argue with the speaker, who answered them: "Do you go to the accounting department, to the cashier with the facsimile? Don’t cheat on me! "
