There are no Ukrainians among the victims of floods in Australia, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine reported.
According to the Embassy of Ukraine in Australia, flooding continues in the states of Queensland and New South Wales caused by heavy rainfall after the tropical cyclone Oswald. According to the recent data, the disaster killed six people, and more than a thousand people were moved to evacuation centers.
The state of emergency was declared in some regions.
"There are no Ukrainians among the flood victims," the statement said.
