IMF is to decide on originating loan to Ukraine till early March, first vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov said an interview with news-analytics program.

"Today we are making every effort for the country to receive help and get out of the situation, in which it is now," Arbuzov said.

Speaking about the IMF requirements, whose fulfillment will determine a positive decision on the loan, Arbuzov said that "the monetary and exchange rate policy of the National Bank, and the issue of the budget deficit, and the question of the tariff policy is being discussed. All these issues are being discussed. They are rather complicated". At the same time, the first vice PM emphasized that the year 2013, "should not be more difficult than the previous year was".

"We will take the necessary amount of money. Investors trust us, if judge by the balance of payments. The only question is the price. So, of course, we would like to agree with the IMF," Arbuzov summed up.
