The capital's community services staff is working in emergency mode now, ForUm learned from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of KCSA.

"Almost 517 vehicles and 6.800 employees of public utilities worked every day the day before the heavy precipitation, but due to the snow fall the amount of equipments and workers will be increased to clean up the city from the snow. This winter we have involved about 650 vehicles and about 10 thousand community services staff in bad weather. I think the picture will be similar today," the press service noted.

At the same time, Boryspil airport operates in normal mode.
