Ukrainian government is planning to negotiate with the Defence Ministry of the Russian Federation on the installment of debt payment of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine Corporation (UESU), justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There is a court decision, and it has begun to be executed. As of today, the state budget does not have enough money to pay off this decision and all the others. Obviously, Ukraine will ask to stretch out the payments of UESU debt," he said.
