The head of the State Registration Service of Ukraine Leonid Efymenko has submitted resignation, justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
He recalled that the new head will be appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
