Ukrainian citizens, who couldn’t fly home because of the Aerosvit flight cancellations, continue returning to Ukraine by planes of other airlines, the Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"On January 26, 172 Ukrainians flew from Goa to Kyiv by MAU planes with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in India. Another 56 of our fellow citizens will fly home approximately on February 2 by the planes of the same airline," the representative of the Foreign Ministry said.
In addition, he informed that 187 passengers, who on January 26 flew by AirArabia plane from Goa and Sharjah and arrived late in the transit airport due to severe weather conditions, returned to Ukraine on January 26-27.
