Former head of the Interior Ministry external surveillance department Oleksiy Pukach was proved guilty of abuse of power and murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv sentence in Pukach’s case reads.
"Guilt of Oleksiy Pukach for abuse of power and murder of Gongadze is proved by the collected evidences," the document says.
