In the course of the meeting between Tombinski and Ukraine's speaker Volodymyr Rybak, the latter informed that the report on realization of the first phase of visa free action plan would be soon delivered to the European Commission.
According to the speaker, the majority part of the legislative acts, necessary for completion of this phase had already been considered by the parliament.
Rybak reminded that to complete the phase the parliament must adopt a number of draft laws, being developed by the Justice Ministry. In particular, the matter concerns the draft bills on fighting discrimination in Ukraine, improvement of institutional protection system of personal data, fighting corruption.
In turn, Jan Tombinski expressed a hope that all necessary documents would be adopted before "Ukraine-EU" Summit. He also pointed out the importance of adoption and implementation of these laws, as well as ensuring of their stability and transparency.
