The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to improve diversified system of tariffs for housing and utility services for the population, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"For two years we have been coping with the situation, not raising rates for the population.
Currently, there are no those extreme conditions, which existed in 2010, to speculate on the subject," he said.
The Prime Minister said that the utility rates for the Ukrainians will be commensurate with the income.
"Another thing is that the government offers shuffle off the part of burden on to the rich," Azarov said. Head of the government assured that the Cabinet will improve the system of differentiated tariffs, particularly for those, who can safely pay the market value of public services.
