The Supreme Economic Court upheld the legality of rulings by courts of the first and appellate instances on obliging the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to pay over UAH 3.1 billion (about $390 million) of the debt of the UESU Corporation to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The court's ruling was announced by presiding judge Halyna Prokopanych at the hearing.
The Court rejected cassation and affirmed rulings of courts of the first and appellate instances.
