Coordinated and constructive work of the President, the Cabinet and the Parliament guarantee the effective implementation of reforms in the country, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during a meeting with the candidates for the posts of heads of district administrations, the press service of the head of state reports.
"If the government, Parliament and President cannot work together, it is impossible to initiate any reforms," Yanukovych said.
The country requires financial resources and legislative changes for its reforming and modernization, so the branches of government must work together, Yanukovych is convinced.
According to him, the politicization of society and the struggle for power are the main obstacles on the way to hold reforms in Ukraine successfully.
