Verkhovna Rada speaker Volodymyr Rybak intends to introduce the Rada-3 voting system after the Parliament takes a relevant decision.

"I have instructed the procedural committee to prepare the issue for voting. If the deputies approve, I will introduce this system," he said.

However, he noted that the issue of a modernized voting system causes disagreement.

"Some people say that it is not ready, the other say that it is not certified, the third group believes that the Rada-3 system is harmful to health," the speaker said.

Rybak said that he had instructed the relevant committee to comprehensively study the issue and make recommendations till the start of the 2nd regular session of the Parliament - till February 5.

He also said that he will do everything possible to persuade MPs to vote personally and to create equal conditions for work of all parliamentarians.

However, he stated the inadmissibility of blocking the Parliament’s rostrum and the use of physical force by deputies in the session hall.
