Working out the changes in the state budget for 2013, the government should allocate sufficient means for the regions to accomplish the President’s instructions, President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said at the meeting of the Committee on Economic Reforms, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The local authorities should be given opportunity to prepare projects, which can be funded by the state budget. Given the limited budget resources, it is necessary to begin to use the potential of public-private partnerships and international technical and financial assistance. The government is to analyze existing assistance programs and their effectiveness in the short possible time. In addition, the causes hindering the spread of public-private partnership is to be urgently reviewed together with investors," Yanukovych said.

President instructed the government to prepare concrete proposals, based on the results of the work.
