Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has advised Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to change the working style of government, he said at the meeting of the Committee on Economic Reforms, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the President, it is necessary to continue the course on building modern upgraded state and the system that will handle the current challenges of the world economy.
The President noted that the failure to fulfill tasks on implementation of reforms more than by 35% is unacceptable.
"I understand that one can receive less resources than required, some mistakes were made, one could fell short of it [National Economic Reform Plan - Ed.] by 10-20%, but no more. How one can implement it by 25-35%? This is sabotage. People have just lost responsibility,” he stressed.
He also noted that the low indicators for implementation of reforms of all fields of economy are the result of poor-quality work of ministers.
