Head of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment Iryna Zaitseva reminded applicants that the deadline of registration for external independent testing (EIT) is on March 5, 2013, she told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
She recalled that it will be impossible to register after 12.00 of that day. "There are no exceptions," the director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment stressed.
She explained that the electronic database is closed, and any interference in it is a crime - hacking.
