Ukrainians have a right to complain about the uncleared yards and roofs to the State Inspectorate for Consumer Protection, but they do not do it, head of the State Inspectorate for Consumer Protection Serhiy Orekhov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"People should complain about the poor provision of services, but, unfortunately, we have no such complaint from our citizens. I want to stress that people, who come out of their house and see the hanging icicles, should come to us and write a statement, and we have to help these people. We can not come to the housing and public utilities without a statement and demand to do this work," he said.
