Yesterday, finance minister of Ukraine Yuriy Kolobov and extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft discussed topical issues of the Ukrainian-American cooperation and prospects for the economic development in Ukraine, the press service of the Finance Ministry reported.
In particular, Kolobov told about the main priorities of Ukraine’s fiscal policy in 2013 and the priority measures of the government to improve the investment climate in Ukraine.
The parties also paid special attention to the current state of negotiations with the IMF.
In turn, John Tefft stressed the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States and expressed his intentions to continue the fruitful cooperation.
