Moscow and Kyiv are negotiating on new formats of the Russian gas supplies to Ukraine and its transit via Ukraine’s territory, Russia’s foreign minister Sergei Lavrov said in his speech at the Chernivtsi National University on Monday.
"We conduct intensive negotiations to develop new formats of cooperation in Russian gas supplies to Ukraine and gas transit through Ukraine to European consumers. We are forward to provide stable and mutually beneficial conditions, responding to the long-term interests of our countries in the field," Lavrov said.
