Russia considers a cooperation with Ukraine in the fields of prevention of terrorist attacks, fight against drug trafficking and organized crime to be effective, Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists on January 13, after the meeting of the Subcommittee on international cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission chaired by the two ministers in Chernivtsi.
In addition, according to Lavrov, the prospects for cross-border cooperation were also discussed during the meeting.
He stressed that the parties intend to ensure maximum comfort for the citizens of both countries.
