MPs did not vote on the draft amnesty law, because the opposition did not prepare the relevant documents, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Consideration of this bill was included into agenda. But when we met in the office of the speaker, we asked the opposition why the bill was not prepared for the consideration and there was no corresponding decision of the committee ... We did not get any answers," he said.
Yefremov advised to ask the opposition why this document was not prepared.
