Defense minister Pavlo Lebedev will be deprived of his parliamentary powers in February 2013, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, Pavlo Lebedev is fully legitimate minister.
"He has 30 days to resolve the matter, to submit the relevant draft resolution to the Parliament," Yefremov said.
