The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Russia on cooperation in the prevention of emergencies, fires and mitigation in settlement, where the Russian Black Sea Fleet facilities in Ukraine are located.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 228 deputies voted for the decision.
