Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has started work in a session mode. As ForUm correspondent reports, 376 MPs have been registered in the session hall for the morning sitting.
Speaker Volodymyr Rybak has informed MPs of the formation of four new interfactional parliamentary unions: "Odesa" (headed by MP Serhiy Kivalov), "For one Local Orthodox Church" (headed by MP Oleh Medunytsia), "Vinnytsia region" (headed by MP Hryhoriy Zabolotny), "Veterans of Afghanistan and Chernobyl for the Future "(headed by MP Serhiy Kunitsyn).
